Processing Time: For custom-made items such as Desk Mats and Mouse Pads, please note that these are uniquely designed by our artists and require additional time for production before shipping. Once production and processing are complete, you will receive an email with tracking details.
All other orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM PST or on weekends will be processed on the following business day (Monday for weekend orders). Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or sales events.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: All orders are shipped internationally, with an estimated delivery time of 1-4 weeks, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary based on customs processing times, holidays, and other factors beyond our control.
- Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping is currently unavailable due to all items being shipped from outside of Europe, United States and Asia.
- Note: Delivery estimates are subject to variation and depend on the destination country’s postal and customs processes.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and location. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100 (or specify any amount), excluding taxes and discounts.
- Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can use this information to track your package’s progress. Tracking Updates: Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to show movement. If tracking updates are delayed, please allow additional time or fill out the contact form on our contact page.
Delivery Issues
- Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package is delayed or lost, please contact our customer support team.
- We will work with the carrier to resolve any issues and ensure you receive your order.
- Incorrect Address: Render Revolt is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please verify all shipping information before completing your purchase.
- Stolen or Damaged Items: In the event of theft or damage, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the situation and work to provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
